Cafè Delas
Cafè Delas is a network of Brazilian female entrepreneurs fighting for gender equality through programs and projects for women’s empowerment.
With our “Brazil” single-origin, wetell the story of Filomena Estefania De Matto Couto, the farmer we chose for the Selezione project. Café Delas is an initiative that supports female growers through resources, knowledge, and visibility to best develop their businesses. Part of the profits is reinvested in programs that promote gender equality and the empowerment of women in the agricultural field.

Social inclusion
Omkafè actively collaborates with local organizations to promote inclusion and job opportunities.
We work with social cooperatives like Impronte Scs, involving people with disabilities in the production of items, and we develop training courses such as the Per.La. project by ANFFAS to promote the integration of people with disabilities into the working world.
We also support the Dream Aps association, contributing to the creation of inclusive environments where ability and diversity become opportunities for growth and integration.
