We have adopted an inclusive management model that is open to discussion, where everyone feels that they can bring a valuable contribution to the company; we feel that although none of us is irreplaceable, each of us is indispensable.

Flexible hours

We strive to give our workers the maximum possible flexibility in working hours, within the limits allowed by daily operations, thereby offering our contribution to work-life balance. We don’t use timecards; everyone is empowered to bring their best for the good of the team and the maximum satisfaction of our customers.

Quality of work

We have recently air-conditioned production and the technical workshop in addition to the offices, to ensure that all of our collaborators can work at an optimal temperature in both summer and winter. Our air conditioning system runs entirely on heat pumps. Combined with our photovoltaic system, these allow us to heat and cool while significantly reducing energy consumption.

For us, sustainability is not an abstract goal, but a concrete and constant commitment that guides every decision.

From production and the product to people and communities, we work every day to build a more responsible future. As such, our ESG path is continuously evolving.

We commit to further reducing emissions, increasing the use of renewable energy, improving packaging sustainability, and strengthening social projects along the supply chain.
